• Booking: Requests or project agreements happen via email. I’ll confirm once your project is scheduled.
• Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes might incur fees for reserved time.
• Delays: If you delay sharing builds or info, timelines might shift accordingly.

3. Workspace & Communication

• Professional Setup: I test in a distraction-free, tech-optimized environment for reliable results.
• Special Requests: Let me know if you have particular needs or testing requirements before we start.
• Health & Safety: For any in-person meetings, I follow current health guidelines strictly.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment: Fees are due as agreed, typically after delivery of reports. Accepted payment methods will be specified in advance.
• Pricing: Costs depend on project scope. You’ll get clear pricing before we start.

5. Refunds and Complaints

• Refunds: Once testing begins, refunds are generally not available unless agreed otherwise or required by law.
• Complaints: If you’re not satisfied, contact me within 48 hours and I’ll do my best to sort it out fast.

6. Client Conduct

Respectful and clear communication is key. Disruptive or abusive behavior may lead to immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

I strive for quality but can’t guarantee specific game success or outcomes. I’m not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages linked to my testing.
